What's it all about?
The Leadership Program for Musicians Serving Small Congregations (LPM), a two-year Music Leadership course, is designed to develop and support the art and skills of church musicians.

LPM offers participants heightened skills to enhance congregational worship through encouragement of musical participation, knowledge of liturgy, and spiritual growth in the faith community, no matter the size of the congregation.

Students may enter the program in either Year One of Year Two. All courses have specific requirements for completion and include lecture, reflection, and application. Participants are expected to study and to practice between session.

Credit is on a Pass/Fail basis. Auditors are welcome; the fee is the same. Students who complete successfully the two-year curriculum re-quirements will be awarded The Presiding Bishop's Certificate in Church Music (Episcopal) or its Lutheran equivalent.
