The Brookhaven Treatment and Learning Center offers a safe, nurturing, multi-disciplinary residential treatment environment for boys, ages 6 through 13, with severe emotional/behavioral disorders. Located in Chelsea, it is licensed by the State of Vermont and has its own private school and a Family Learning Center.
